Listening the Body to Life
Our bodies carry an inherent knowing about every situation, every relationship, every moment we experience. Since we have lived in our bodies 24/7 since conception, this adds up to a lot of information.
There are multiple ways we gain and store data: through sensation, emotion, imagination, intuition, physical impulses, the collective unconscious, and thought. When combined, these forms of body intelligence carry inarguable truth in a way that mental constructs alone can not.
Being listened to and learning to listen in a different way allows us to gain insight, to regulate the nervous system, to alleviate pain, and to come to resolution.
